“I was not able to spend a lot of time with the pose this month, but it didn’t take much to be reminded of the core strength that is needed!
That in turn reminded me how much that strength can influence and assist in other poses and daily life.
I have never felt very connected to my abs, but with this pose, I really feel the deeper abdominal muscles waking up. It’s easy to take them for granted in everyday life.
Even working with the pose for a short time woke up my core and some of those neglected muscles! It has improved my stability, endurance, and maybe even my posture.”
