I am a former ballet dancer and I practiced for over 10 years in Paris.
I came to yoga almost 3 years ago as I was looking for a workout practice that would bring me similar aspects as ballet: the deep core work, strength, and flexibility — but with the spirituality in addition.
New York is a very demanding city in comparison to Paris, so my yoga practice has become very important to help me re-focus and to bring me calm and relaxation.
And I love the 6 mats only format here!
