Yoga 216 has classes to satisfy all abilities and tastes, from long-term yogis who live for dynamic heat-building vinyasa to new practitioners who want a slower pace and in-depth instruction. However, we ultimately believe every body is unique and that your yoga classes should accommodate the little differences that make you, you.
Thanks to our 1-to-6 teacher-to-student ratio, whenever you show up to the mat at 216, you’ll get a personalized practice that honors your individual strengths and limitations, and guides you safely to achieve poses you never thought possible.
216 FUNDAMENTALS HEATED
216 FUNDAMENTALS heated classes introduce you to 216’s alignment style flow modified for a heated room. Good for those new to yoga and/or practicing in the heat. Beginner level. 75 min. Room temp 95 degrees, humidity 30%. Heated classes are not recommended for prenatal students.Book A Class
ALL LEVELS classes are 216’s alignment style flow, which incorporates a monthly asana (posture), weekly alignment focus, and sense memory sequencing to help you uncover lasting results while progressing in all aspects of your practice. 216 NEXT LEVEL
216 NEXT LEVEL classes incorporate more continuous-flow sequencing to build strength and stamina. We take the 216 principles of alignment to the next level by applying them to advanced variations of the pose of the month, as well as inversions and balances! We recommend at least 6 months of regular practice at Yoga 216. Intermediate level (individual modifications will always be offered to promote a safe practice). 75 min. Room temp 80 degrees.
FLOW & RESTORE
Feed two needs at once with FLOW & RESTORE! This class includes 45 minutes of 216′s alignment style flow followed by 30 minutes of rejuvenating restorative poses guaranteed to bring joy to your week! All levels. 75 min. Room temp 80 degrees.Book A Class
216 PRENATAL classes empower mothers-to-be throughout their pregnancy, giving them greater physical ease, improved circulation and digestion, and a resource for calm and restoration. Women in all stages of pregnancy are welcome. 60 min. Room temp set to students’ comfort.Book A Class
216 RESTORATIVE classes help you move into a state of deep rest through a calming sequence of 3-4 fully supported postures. The practice promotes the body’s natural healing ability and can be a phenomenal way to release tension, recover from injury, or unwind after too many extra-long days at work. 75 min. 216 YIN classes include seated and supine postures that are modified to be held passively for 3-5 minutes each, letting you access deeper layers of fascia around muscles and joints. By easing built-up tension in the connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine) yin yoga can help you sit comfortably for longer periods of time, whether in meditation or at your work desk. 60 min. The 216 Yoga Lab: INTRO TO THE WEEK uses a workshop format to introduce you to the sutra and alignment focus of the week. You’ll dive into the anatomy of a pose and discover how it plays out in your body. Open level. 90 min. Room temp 80 degrees.Book A Class

The 216 Yoga Lab: MEDITATION & FLOW wraps up the week’s alignment focus by incorporating breath techniques into the 216 alignment style flow. The techniques prepare you for a brief and accessible seated meditation. This class will help you free your breath and clear your mind for the week ahead! All levels. 90 min.
