If you’re a fitness fanatic you might have already heard of Sweaty Saturday – a day devoted to working out for a good cause, which is happening right here in NYC this weekend (2/22). Now in its second year, Sweaty Saturday unites the city’s finest studios, health brands and wellness experts in a day filled with special events and goodies. A portion of the proceeds from Sweaty Saturday go to non-profit Partnership for Healthier America which helps the nation’s young people get active and stay healthy.
Sweaty Saturday at Yoga 216Yoga 216 is offering two special classes this Saturday to celebrate:
3.30-4.30pm Bootcamp 216
BOOTCAMP 216 classes target the muscles that will help you through the week’s alignment focus using techniques from boot camp, barre and yoga. This class will get you sweaty, strong and yes, possibly pretty sore!
Open level. 60 min. Room temp 80 degrees.
6-7pm Sweaty Saturday Basics
Sweaty Saturday Basics will introduce you to 216′s alignment style flow and give back to a great cause.
Beginner level. 60 min. Room temp 80 degrees.
