I first experienced yoga in a physical education class in 1974. It seemed like a practice that I wanted to stay with.
Yet life interceded and my path led elsewhere, family, career, etc.
I found the way back to yoga 50 years later thanks to Yoga 216.
By returning to yoga with the help of all the great teachers at Yoga 216, I have noticed a sense of contentment and peace in my life.
I’ve even forgotten the road by which I came.
